The Nara Dreaming Exhibition is the manifestation of an ambition held by a small group of Central Victorian  visual and performing artists to bring together a cross-cultural exhibition featuring various mediums including painting, photography, sculpture and craft work.

The Exhibition will once again  be held on a private property “Avisford” 1023 Calder Alternative Highway Lockwood in a purpose built rustic venue colloquially named (Bills Shed).  The Opening  will take place at 6.30pm on Friday 18 May 2018 with the exhibition being officially launched by City of Greater Bendigo Councillor , Cr. Rod Fyffe with Kathy Maher adding to the  ambient atmosphere with her beautiful guitar playing to welcome guests as they come in.

The exhibition will then run through till Sunday June 3rd on the weekends only.  We will open up during the week for bookings and encourage groups to contact us to arrange this.

We offter Devonshire Tea to groups and private tours of the Exhibition.

Significantly the exhibition runs through Reconciliation Week and that is how we see ourselves “Reconciliation in Action” without the meetings, the lectures, the polarisation – just a group of people who are getting along just fine and working side by side
